Machine operation

4.1  On / Off

Note:Read the first chapter "security" carefully before turn on the machine.

4.2  Operating instruction of center control

4.2-1 Brief introducing of functions

The indicator is use for controlling running of CY212Intelligent High Speed Electronic Precise Winding Machine,CY215A Horizontal Intelligent High Speed Electronic Precision Winder and CY215B High Speed Precision Air Pocket Winder, main functions is as follows:

l  Control Brushless Motor Drive, achieve electric anti-ribboning function

l  Monitor length of running

l  Control the machine working condition according yarn setting length .

Machine auto-stop when the yarn running length reach setting length , and running again after clear up the running length.

Note: when function 2 and 3 need not, instrument can not insert yarn length signal

l  Brief introduction of operation

a,Mode O introduction: under this mode , press "confirm" button and get in , present winding length will be display.

b,Mode 1 introduction: under this mode , press "confirm" and get in , Display current running status circulate,setting length and present winding yarn length. Press "reset" quit.

Note: winding running status has"OFF------"and"RUN------"both status, among"OFF-------"shows on stopped status,"RUN--------"shows on running status.

c,Mode 2 instruction(operation on stopped status): under this mode ,press "confirm" and get in, display window flicker yarn length of last time setting, this moment, press "move up " or "right shift " or "move down" ,can set yarn length.

After finish setting ,press "confirm" , display window return to mode o status

d,Mode 3 introduction( operation on stopped status): under this mode , press "confirm" and get in, display screens flicker show rapid frequency parameter, this moment, press "move up" or "move down" button , can modify parameter (note: parameter can be increase or reduce continuously,  when press on "move up" or "move down"button continuously )

when finish modify , need press "confirm" , display window will turn into flicker slow frequency parameter . after finish modify 4 frequency parameter, press "confirm" button , display screen will return to mode o status. (view list 2)

Note : *stands for 0—9 numbers

e ,Operation instruction of changing the mode :under mode o , press "mode ", display window status change into mode 1 status. Live wise , can change the mode between 0 and 3 by operating  "mode".

f ,About the operation instruction of running: under stopped status, have two conditions to make machine run

1. Not operating under mode 2 and mode 3

2. Setting yarn length , current running yarn length

   Meet the two conditions at the same time , press " run" button, the machine will running

s , About  instruction of stopped machine : under machine winding , have both status make machine stop.

 1. Current winding yarn length , is setting yarn length, machine auto-stop

 2. Press "stop" button, stop machine .

h,About instruction of cleaning up current winding length :under stopped status, clean the current winding length by pressing zero clearing button ,
