Ⅲ Twist System
3.1 Applied Range
The machine is applied to cotton, wool spinning industry and chemical fiber filament to process high-quality twisted yarn.
3.2 Twist principle
Spinlde spin one ring ,yarn twisted two times, The fisrt twist is between yarn tensioner device and exit of yarn twist plate .like this, if the spindle spin 10000 rings ,and the yarn will emerge 20000 twists
3.3 Yarn traverse
Feeder bobbin be put in settled filling yarn pot, released by the releasing device or by itself, then enter into the centre bore of rotation hollow spindle via the tension device. Pass 90°corner ,go into the twist plate ,from twist plate exit to store yarn plate ,spin to get to yarn-guiding ring ,formed a air ring, the height of the air ring according the position of the yarn-guiding ring.
After the yarn go through the yarn-guiding ring and roller,get to over-feed roll,to pass the move yarn device,at last cross take-up on the bobbin which drived by the friction bowl.
3.4 Machine basic structure
Machine compose of three faction parts
·Motive power parts
Contain motor , main motor frequency converter, electric control box ,operating element, displayer.
·Two-for-One Twisting parts
The machine two sides working structure is symmetrical ,use mental plate structure ,each section is compose of several Two-for-One Twisting structure units .
·Driving part
Machine power passed to spindles. motor drive winding system, over-feed roll and electronic traversing gear of yarn guide, etc
3.5 Structure of Two-for-One Twist unit
3.5-1 spindle brake apparatus
It stops the spindle to rotate by using the manual spindle brake. When braking ,separate the spindle from the joint of apron belt by hand, make the spindle away from apron belt, prolong the lifetime of the belt and spindle plate ,meanwhile reduce the power consumption.
3.5-2 Two-for-One Twister spindle
a)Threading form: thread manually
· Fixed pot,for putting in feeding bobbin
·Twisting plate for yarn storing and guiding: storage district of twisting plate ,can be form proper yarn storage to balance the change of tension in unwinding process
Note: Forbid spindle running after discharge the pot,igore this rule ,shorten the lifetime of pot and pollute the yarn if igore this rule.
·Tension device: compose of tension tube and tension porcelain bowl and steel ball. The size and quantity of the steel ball can adjust the yarn tension.
·Unwinding device: compose of balk ring and guide bar. correct adjustment can ensure the yarn accurate unwinding.
3.5-3 Faller wire
Faller wire monitoring twisting process , when yarn braked and feed bobbin used up, faller wire down and stop yarn releasing. After delay a eriod of time, Bobbin creel automatic uplift device make bobin creel can raise automatically to avoid the abrasion of yarns.
3.5-4 Take-up section
a)Two guide wheel for each spindle ,can adjust wrap angle of the yarn which on over -feed roll, Wrop angle is one of pricinple element for controlling take-up tension, affect take-up density.
b)Over-feed roll :via change speed of over-feed roll and wrap angle of yarn on over-feed roll , can decrease the tension of air ring to needed winding tension. Overfeed percentage (circle speed rate of overfeed roll and friction roller) set for 167% and 141%
c)Take-up (contain traversing yarn): the compound of friction roller turnning and yarn guide crosswise, to finished the yarn cross winding on the bobbin. To change the winding angle can adjustment on the gearbox
The ralation of yarn take-up speed, spindle speed and yarn twist is as follows:

3.5-5 Bobbin creel
Bobbin creel is used for supporting and forcing of take-up bobbin, using cylindrical tube molding.
3.6 Transmission box
Gear transmission box is a closed structure, using pour oil lubrication, it assign output power to friction roller, traverse guide device, differential pattern breaking mechanism and process governor mechanism
Conversion gear of the winding angle are focues on the gear box's bottom, easy to adjustment.
